How is this achieved?
The M-Cut Chemical Anchor Screw provides double security through chemical fixation – either chemical mortar or pure epoxy – and a mechanical interlock between the anchor's triple helical thread and the base material.

With the Anchor Screw secured through this undercut mechanism, there is virtually no creep and you can:
forget about holding up the work for 24 hours to apply the load
apply the load immediately after installation
be assured of the highest possible fire resistance – the anchor is still secured by the undercut even if the resin relaxes in a fire
do all this without any special tools – a standard drill bit is all that's required
